Hon. Engr. Stanley Lebechi Mbam is a distinguished civil engineer and public servant who currently serves as the Commissioner for Works in Ebonyi State, Nigeria. With a wealth of experience in civil engineering and infrastructure management, Engr. Mbam has been instrumental in the development and execution of key infrastructural projects that contribute to the State’s growth and modernization.
