His Excellency through Ebonyi State Ministry Of Works Under my watch has flagged Off over 50 years of abandoned 24-kilometer OKWO-UMUOGUDU, OSHIA- NIGERCEM ROAD.This road will serve as an alternative route to Enugu. The road also links Oha Ukwu and Ishielu LGA.The economic, and Agricultural importance of this road will have a multiplier effect on Ebonyi’s Economy.
